iv had pain in my lower abdoman since yester that comes an goes,but hurts 2 press aswel.could it be a water infection

That sounds like a scary problem to have. How long has this been going on? Are there other symptoms or is it just pain in your lower abdomen? I think that if it hurts to press on it then you should definitely go to see a doctor! That doesn't sound like it's something to ignore, if it's painful and it hurts to the touch. Is it an intense pain or is it mild? Please keep us posted. Thanks!
