Pain in lower back for over a month

I HAVE PAIN IN MY LOWER BACK FOR OVER A MONTH NOW AND ITS NOW HURTING IN MY LOWER ABDOMEN ON THE LEFT SIDE WHICH SOMETIMES SPREADS TO THE RIGHT SIDE? ITS A REAL BAD PAIN AND IM SCARED TO GO TO THE DOCTOR AND IT BE WORSE? WHAT COULD THIS PAIN BE??????

So i ate french fries with cheese and every time i do my stomach hurts. But this time my stomach hurt and it feels like i have to throw up. Whats wrong with me , i can drink milk and eat cheese, but when i go to the store and buy cheese fries my stomach hurts. What can be wrong ?
