breastbone on right side of chest hurts!!

can anyone help please i have pain under my right brest it hurts to touch it seems to be the breastbone but it hurts through out the day just doing my normal activities ive had it for about 2 months now and it seems to be getting worse if anyone can help id be very graetful, thanks.
