pre natal vitamins and vaginal discharge

Does primacare one pre natal vitamins cause vaginal discharge. I constantly suffer from discharge. On several trips to my ob gyn, she has prescribed metronidazole vaginal gel, 0.75%, but eventually the discharge comes back and it smells. I'm currently not sexually active. HELP PLEASE!

My brother is obsessed with vitamin C. He is using too much of this vitamin. I am afraid he could overdose himself. What are the side effects of vitamin C? I know that this is water soluble vitamin and that it cannot accumulate in organism, but nevertheless I am curious. What do you think?
