20 years ago, friend gave copy of diet plan starting with meltdown. was able to shop from stores. Didn't have to by their foods. Was easy to do and lost alot of weight. Would like to find copies of it. Can you help?

I have gained so much weight on Mercette (birth control pill). It depleted me of hormones and my doctor now has me on the Nuva ring. Will I loose weight now that I am on the nuvaring or will I gain more weight??
