hi i am a 13 year old boy and i do canoeing i have been training hard to get to 2 nd best in the country for flat racing i am now doing 4 weight sessions a week doing a range of exercise lifting 11k 20 times and then that by 4 on each sesssion i also do 4-6 milie runs 4 times a week plus 2 days...

hi i am a 13 year old boy and i am 2 nd in the country for flat water canoeing i am currently doing 4 weight training sessions a week doing i range of exercises and i lift 2o reps of 11kg 4 times on each exercise each session i do i also do 4-6 mile runs 4 times a week is this to much for my age ??...

Hi all I am curious with all the side effects talked about while on the depo shot has anyone ever had problems with going to the restroom? My wife was on the shot for 3 or 4 years and had problems almost from the start with this if anyone else has please let me know. thanks
