hi i am a 13 year old boy and i am 2 nd in the country for flat water canoeing i am currently doing 4 weight training sessions a week doing i range of exercises and i lift 2o reps of 11kg 4 times on each exercise each session i do i also do 4-6 mile runs 4 times a week is this to much for my age ??
