hi i am a 13 year old boy and i do canoeing i have been training hard to get to 2 nd best in the country for flat racing i am now doing 4 weight sessions a week doing a range of exercise lifting 11k 20 times and then that by 4 on each sesssion i also do 4-6 milie runs 4 times a week plus 2 days actulally canoeing i am wondering if this is to much for my age.
