Prior to pregnancy, I had a little waist, and flat stomach. I still do have some fat to lose on my belly 5 months later, after my c-section. However, I also notice that it seems like my stomach potrudes farther out than before. The top part of my tummy, where it's hard, is sticking farther out that usual.

Will I ever get my waist back? Would pilates help me get my waist back?
