Teeny Tiny Spots on Entrance to Vagina

I have teeny tiny little while spots on the skin that is in the entrance to my vagina (the skin with the folds and ridges). They are pinkish/whitish and I did not notice them until I used a magnifying glass to check my vagina during my monthly inspection. I would say I have close to fifty of them....
