late period on birth control

I've been on birth control for 2 1/2 years. I missed my period... its like 4 days late and I'm suppose to start a new pack of pills today.I have cramps, sore breasts, and I'm peeing A LOT. I took two pregnancy tests and they are negative. Whats wrong??

I am a 25 yr old mother of one and since I've been taking ortho tri cyclen I have been nauseated for the first 2 days of the pack but this time around while my cycle was going on i started on a new pack two days before it ended and it had me very very nauseated from that day until day 4 of the pack....
