when i eat too quickly, it's kind of hard to breath but it goes away, can it be from anxiety?
Im a 14 yr. Old girl. Sometimes when i eat to quickly its kind of hard to breath but it goes away and one day i got really worried about it and then all of the sudden it was non stop but when i dont think about it, it goes away. Is it just anxiety or is it worse.
