Loud noise after meals, feel diarrhea the next day, some kind of 'movement' in my stomach after meal
After eating meals a day there is loud noise in my stomach area. It also includes some type of 'movement' in the stomach/intestine area even after I sleep. Often times It feels that I have diarrhea. What is the cause of it?
