anyone switch from high dose (80mg )methadone to suboxone?
i have been on 80 mg of methadone and i want to get off of that and go to suboxone. my doc said just take 40 mg of methadone the day im ready to switch wait two hours and then take 8mg of suboxone! i am worried that i will go into withdrawls if i take it so soon... has anyone ever gone from a high...
