Not losing weight with kellog's diet plan
i'd like to try the kellogs diet plan.i am 12 stones i am 5.feet 4. i had a stroke 8 year ago,but i'm doing ok. My problem it seems is i don't eat enough to lose weight,and if i eat even less i feel unwell.i probley at a guess eat about 600 calories a day.any advise should i try this diet.
