Good day, i have this issue i want to discuss with you.
I had a surgical abortion at at 13was+5days i was told it was successful and for 2wks i bleed and had a very sharp pains i called the hospital the Dr gave me some antibiotics which i took for anothera 10days, and after that i was ok. And 10days later i saw my period which 5wks after the abortion.then by the time i saw  my next menses i saw particles of bone coming out of my vaginal during my Menstrual period, then just yesterday i went for pelvic/lower abdominal scan.it reads::

(6)MASSES(FIBROID):Nil
(7)INTRA UTERINE CONTENT(S):Nil
(8)RIGHT ANDEXIUM:Free
(9)LEFT  ANDEXIUM:Free
(10&11) RIGHT &  LEFT OVERY:Free
(12) CUL-DE-SAC:No fluid seen within the POD
then a picture of d scan resort.then under comment i have the following:
Non fibroid uterus
Bulky Anteverted uterus
Small calcification seen within the endomentrial plate
no accoustic shadowing seen
size: 16mm*4.5mm
No ovarian cyst seen
No adnexa mass seen
No fluid seen within the POD.

IMP:  (i) Calcification within the Edometrial Plate.
         (ii) ? Retained product.
The above information is the resort of the scan i did yesterday.
Please what do you suggest i do,and please could you interprete the report to me?.
