Ovoid density within left upper lobe visualized may represent summation shadows. No focal consolidation, effusion or pneumothorax identified. The osseous structures appear intact. Grid artifacts noted. IMPRESSION: Hyperinflation, as described. Left upper lobe ovoid density, may represent summation shadows. Repeat CT chest recommended.
