HI, Good day! Suspicious reticular infiltrates are seen in the right upper lobe. The heart is not enlarged. Mediastinum, diaphragm, sulci and bony thorax are intact. This is the result of our annual exam. Hope you can explain how is this... Thanks you Very much. God Bless you. Charlie

hi.. may i know what is the explanation of this? define density in the left upper thoracic area. true cardiac size could nit be properly assessed due to elevated diaphram (expiratory film). remarks: suggest apico lordotic view for further evaluation.

Suspicious densities are noted in the right upper lung field.Heart is within normal limits in size.Both hemidiaphragms and costophrenic sulci are intact..The rest of the included structures are unremarkable. Impression     Deferred, apicolordotic view suggested.
