I am a 12 yr old female and I have major bad acne :-( :'( The goverment won't let me get accutane!!!!!!! And I need it bad.Is there any thing as strong as accutane?

I need help! I am 22 and still have acne on my back. I have them for more than 5 years. I visited so many dermatologists and they gave me anti/biotics and things to clean skin, but nothing really helped. Has anyone any suggestions what should I do?
