I need help!
I am 22 and still have acne on my back. I have them for more than 5 years. I visited so many dermatologists and they gave me anti/biotics and things to clean skin, but nothing really helped. Has anyone any suggestions what should I do?

Hey there,
I would suggest patience. Acne really need time to heal. I deeply understand your problem, cos I am one of those with horrible acne on back. I have long hair and I must wash them almost every second or third day. I noticed I mustn’t wash my hair while showering, because those chemicals really irritate my skin, so wash hair in the skin or somehow else (just do not let shampoo run over your back).
Besides this, buy a good sponge. Do not rub over acne, be gentle, and run on area where acne are still visible, but not “active”.

Hi there!
My name is Christie and I am A somatologist in theEastern cape. I want to tell you about Placecol. I work for a company called placecol and the basic idea is that a soft laser machine is used during a facial, which is done every month. I had a client with severe acne rosacea and cystic acne. In no longer than 2 months there is nothing but clear skin remaining. Visit placecol.com for more info. Trust me-this really works and the results are not temporary.
