Whenever I drink even if i only have a couple I feel sick after one night when I spewed

I used to be able to drink quite a few and feel fine, but a while ago I had to many and couldn't stop spewing, now everytime I drink even if it's only a few I feel sick, although later on I feel ok. Why could this be? Did I do something to myself when I spewed after I had to much?
