how do you relive the pain of mild to moderate acute pancreatitis? What sort of pain relievers work best? I am currently taking tylenol and cimetidine. Also would a heating pad help or a warm tub?

Fentanyl patch may cause confusion and delusion

My father, 75 years old stared with symptoms of confusion and delusion after the first patch which was 25 mcg, now he is using 75 mcg and is getting worse, no sure if he will be able to feel pain free without it  or if he will be mentally normal if he stop using the patch.
