I have bin on zapain for ten years and was on 60mls 6 times a day. I,m haveing withdrawal symptoms and I,m on day 4 without them. But the only thing my restless legs are playing up realy bad not getting no sleep. They used to work on my medication. But coming of zapain they started playing up. Can anyone tell me how long this will last. And is there anything else I can take. As with the withdrawal symptoms I have no energy what's so ever feel sick bad belly and tickle in my throat. Is there anything I can take to help with it. Or how long dose it last. As I,m realy finding it hard to cope many thanks look forward to answers with anyone who's going through this marianne

that is what you call withdrawls its the lack of codiene thats making yu sick ,the only way is to taperoff slowly ,or you can take methadone and taper of of that,it usally takes about 10 days to withdraw cold turkey ,then you would feel better,if you can make it
