Withdrawal from from fentanyl patches?

I am on a transition change from fentanyl patches to tampentadol, my pain management team, took me straight off morphine and put me on these tablets, and with drawel is killing me, is there ,any thing I can take or do to relieve this, please help.

Please, I need certain information about medicament called Ibuprofen. I have strong headaches for days and I started to use ibuprofen pills of 800mg 3 times per day. It helps me but I started to worry a lot because I didn't sure how much ibuprofen can be taken safely. Does anybody know? Thanks!
