Well I posted on here earlier about stopping cocodomol and how I was going to write daily as think it will help me, I feel rubbish already as I decided was going to cut down but I have already took more than should why do these stupid little white tablets have such a hold,dont even get the feeling i use to so it is habbit addiction.....a pain :'(. I was going to go cold turkey when on holiday from work but scared i just dont have the will power i am angry with myself as at 36 you would think I would know better anyway I have decided I will not take anymore tonight hope I manage it.
