Anesthesia while taking suboxen?

I have been taking suboxene for about a year and have to have aurthroscopic surgery on my knee. I will be receiving anesthesia for the surgery - will the suboxone interfere? Hopefully I will not have to take any pain meds afterwards. But, what if I need it?
