I have werid explotions of langhter when im nervous but.....

its not nervous laughter because i think its funny but i bite my nails and grind my teeth like im really nervous and when i try to hold in my laughter it makes it wores and i start to panic and i becomes even more nervous so should i keep laughing or just try to hold it in? %-)

Anxiety attacks

I interested to hear how people are coping with anxiety attacks. My therapist suggested taking B12 for depression and anxiety which I did. It did help; I took 500 mcg twice a day. I'm not familiar with the other products, but I am willing to hear.
