Taking a bleach bath to kill germs! Is it safe?;

I have at least two relatives who mentioned taking a bath using bleach! I look at them puzzled, wondering if they were both insane! Is this a common practice? If so, is it a safe and effective way to rid yourself of unwanted germs while beautifying your skin?

herbs for hair care

I color my hair and have been doing so for as long as I care to remember. Of course, that does mean that my hair is a bit dry, and sometimes it looks dull and lifeless. Perhaps I could give my hair some herbal masks or treatments to soften it up? What do you think about herbs for hair care?

rings under eyes

ok so i have massive sort of rings under my eyes. The skin is sort of softer and goes in more. From pictures I've seen, I've had them since I was young and my mum has them slightly, so I'm guessing its hereditry, but is there anything I can do, other than cover them in make up, to reduce them?
