i've been off depo for 7 weeks now and iam a bit worried because i have not come on get.i was on it for 2years do you know how long it will take two get my period.is there any chance i could get pregant without haveing a period?

I love to swim and surf and be in the ocean or even the pool all the time, but will that affect NuvaRing? Is there a limit to how long I can swim or anything? I'm also taking a swimming class in school starting january, and I don't want it to affect my birth control.

I just started back on NuvaRing, and my doctor told me between days one and five to start it, but I started at the end of day six, is this bad? I'm still gonna use other methods of protection, but I was wondering if it really makes a difference?
