how long is the morning after pill affrctive??? if the morning after pill was taken exactly 2 hours after sex would it be wrong to take another morning pill 24hours later just to be on the safe side or is 1 enough??

my girlfriend is on ortho triclycle lo. she has been taking them for 2 months and about a week. we had sex the other night with a condom but the condom broke. i know the worse i did was pre-cum in her and i urinated before we did anything. what are the chances she is pregnant?
