using the pill and spermicide

I am currently on the pill and always make my boyfriend use a condom when we have sex. I was just wondering how effective is it to use spermicide alone with the pill instead of using a condom.

i have been on the bc pill for 7 years for cysts can i stop taking it and be ok.

i have been on bc pill for over 7 years i started the pill when i was 14 to stop cysts i am scared i may not be able to have kids if i stay on it much longer but my doctors keep saying for me to stay on the pill i take a very strong dose and i was hoping i could just stop and i would be fine.
