restrictions after bladder sling surgery

I am 2 weeks post-season for a mesh bladder sling and uterine ablation. I am doing well but scared that I will do something to disl lodge the sling. Can I bend over? Squat down? Go up and down flights if stairs? I know not to lift or have sexton for 6 weeks.
