hi im a 15 yr old male in the uk i weigh around 78kgs and i am about 5"9 i think that i may be obese but i dont know im quite active as i do kung fu twice a week for 4 hours a time and am involved in alot of sports at school but i just think im too heavy got any advice?? thanks :-(
