feel very tickless while urinating

When nearly finishing urinating there is an intense tickless feeling similar to like having organism. I am 58 years and did not have sex for a very long time. I do feel like having sex but for some reason keeping suppressing it. Is it this the reason for this problem I am facing. Please advise
