I am having urinate troubles in the past couple of days

OK, so the past couple days I've started sleeping at 2 in the morning because I've had to pee so often and it's only at nights. I often have to pee once every 5 minutes or so and I am loosing so much sleep and I'm afraid I'm going to lose my job because of it. Please help!
