PAIN AFTER URINATION FOR 3 MONTHS

can't urinate

i HAVE NO PAIN JUST CAN'T URINATE. I SOMETIMES ONLY PEE ONCE A DAY AND IT'S HARD TO DO IT. IT TAKES ME A LONG TIME TO PEE.

When i uinate it sometime itches so much that I have sometimes gotten the idea of inserting a straw in my urethra to ease the itch and after ejaculating I get this excrutiating pain that makes me want to amputate my penis.
