White mass on urine

I also see white mass on my urine for almost 1 month now. I have missed 2 menstrual period but I'm not pregnant (based on tester). I haven't seen doctor. White mass ranges from 1mm to 10mm. What can this be?

All day today after I pee theres still a mini urge to continue and I am not sure if I want to classify a burning sensation after but it somewhat is...anyways reading all these symptoms of uti's i feel like I don't have any of them since I do not have to uriniate frequently and it is not burning...
