There are many drugs available for bladder urgency.  To name a few antispasmodic drugs, detrol, enablex, tolterodine, oxybutynin, and ditropan are common medications for urge incontinence.  Has your physician prescribed you buscopan? Which your doctor prescribes would be one he knows has worked for other patients of his.  One of the primary common side effects seems to be dry mouth, though tolterodine doesn't seem to have this as much as oxybutynin.  When did you begin on your course of treatment?  How long have you been experiencing urge incontinence?  Have you tried exercises like Kegel exercises to see if they help?
