Issues with urinating.

I am female, and for the past day or two I have had some issues urinating. I've been feeling like I have to go, but when I do go to urinate it burns in an odd way and not a lot comes out. Also, when I wipe there appears to be a very small trace of blood in my urine. What could all of this mean?
