My bladder's not emptying all the way

I feel like my bladder is not emptying all the way. I tried to concentrate when I pee, but I still can’t empty it whole. I was wondering can I retrain my bladder and take control again.

Hello, folks. I must admit something. My son is 18 years old and he still has bedwetting. I know that this is called secondary enuresis. I wonder if this can lead to some sort of regressive behavior. I hope someone will help me with this. I would appreciate all your replies.

Pain during pee, white thin liquid aslo comes.

Hi, From last 3 days i'm feeling pain during pee. it occures when urine reaches on top of the penis, it seems like something is hindering. a white liquid is also comes after urine, say after 4-5 mins. it is not semen, but more like a semen, much thin and white in color.
