If a young healthy person has migraine and blackouts everyday what is the problem? Also poor blood circulation cant be able to breathe probably what seems to be the problem? Also on occasion to be lightheaded and dizziness on the verge of fainting.

Arm feels tight and palms are red with white spots

I have shoulder/upper arm pain, it's not severe, but very uncomfortable. My arm feels as if it is being squeezed or there is a blood pressure cuff on it which then causes my palms to turn really red with white splotches on them.
