My white platelets count are 44 which I know is low as a few months ago they were at 60 also low. What is the normal count? And why do the doctors think removing my spleen will help. I know my spleen is swollen is this the reason?

Sunken veins in forearms, arm has been aching up into shoulder

my husband just noticed yesterday that when he raises his arms, the veins in his forearms sink in, when the lowers them, the veins come back.  Arm has been aching up into his shoulder.  Right side is worse than left

Well for last three months I have a feeling of blood running in the veins  with flutters in different parts of the body  This gets aggrevoted at night and really gets scary as if something ispinching and pressing your body. NeEd help. Medicine etc
