pain in my right calf, thigh, and chest, anxiety or maybe deep vein thrombosis?

I had a dvt about 8 months ago and since then the doctor has taken me off of Warfarin. For the last week or so I've had pain in my right calf and thigh. Now today I have a full pain in both sides of my chest that comes and goes. Is this anxiety or something more serious?

Negative side-effects of heating pad

its just my guestion and i dont burn my self and my skin with the heathing pad and its so good for me just. i worry can it cook my body with out burn sign?i worry about my time for 4 hour and i want to ask i use correct or no? but its so good and i like a heathing pad beacuase reliefe my pain too...
