Well broken capillary otherwise known as burst blood vessels can be very unattractive and I can relate with your desire to get rid of it. I had same problem but on my nose and believe me I was looking like I am drunk all the time, my friends were calling me Rudolph and this was related with the Santa Close’s deer, the one with very red nose.
