I've had sensations of heat in the arch of my right foot, but not constant

Having same feeling. I am 35. Already had blood work done. I'm not diabetic. I've had sensations of heat in the arch of my right foot. They are sporadic. Not constant. And it's not a feeling of pain. Just warmth. Not seeing any good answers on this thread so apparently no one knows.

A good amount of hip pain and it is located lower than my pelvis

im a 19 year old female. For the past two months I've been in a good amount of hip pain and nothing gets rid of it I had a perfect x-ray and nothing was wrong but I'm still in pain and it's lower than my pelvis I don't remember any extreme pulls or anything to damage it. Any idea of what it could be

what do we know about osteoarthritis? what is causing it? my genes or my physical habits?

Early onset osteoarthritis, becoming much more common and more diagnosed. But there is no more insight on treating it. Doctors have little to say but "your screwed, you could get a hip replacement...at 42?" I want to know what's causing it, I need to know if it's my genes, or my physical habits....
