Every morning when I wake up I have a sharp pain on my left side right under my chest in the ribcage area. It goes away when I turn onto my right side but if I breathe hard to cough it hurts a lot and if I go back onto my left side in bed. If I lay on my left side throughout the day it doesn't hurt....

Does anyone know the difference between Syntex and Synvisc?

Does anyone know the difference between Syntex and Synvisc? I understand that Synvisc, Orthovisc, etc are hyaluronic acid and that by injecting them they help cushion the joint that has deteriorated cartilage. Is Syntex any different in its composition and if so, how?
