Severe Head pain when I move it, it's not like headache

Server pain in the head but not like a head ache more like if you have a thigh muscle. WHen I move my head the pain is bad but when I sit still the head feels very tight and pain sometimes goes behind my ear my bridge of my nose and eyes hurt.
