Swallowing hurts my foot tract! Breathing doesn't help much either!

Hi All, I've been feeling very awkward during these last couple of days! Symptoms: Pain in my chest (sternum kind of)..its feels as if someone punched me! The worst thing is that it is very painful to drink or eat..swallowing! and sometimes i feel the pressure exerted on my back...middle part....
