I keep getting cramps above my knee

My upper arm has been feeling numb

25 years ago I had a shoulder replacement. The last few days my upper armhas been feeling numb. It doesn't feel numb all the time, but only when I'm not using it. It sometimes feel like the muscle has a light cramp.
