My wrist hurts when I put pressure on it

My wrist hurts when I put pressure on it. I Didnt do anything to it. I was watching my mom play the computer and went to lean back on my wrist and I did but I had to sit up because it shot a sharp pain in my wrist. That would last for a minute after I took the pressure off of it. what should I do?

posterior and lateral knee pain

I have pain in the posterior and lateral knee, especially when I sit crossed leg. There is no apparent reason like hurting myself recently. I have a history of torn ligament in my right ankle, which happened more than a year ago.
